Originally created with nurses in mind as well as all those with cracked and sore hands. Honey is a natural antiseptic and, together with lavender and African marigold essential oils, brings relief. An infusion of gentle chamomile helps to reduce redness, while linseed mucilage softens rough hands and helps to minimise cracking. Almond oil, shea butter and cocoa butter are what makes this cream so moisturising, all bound in a loose emulsion that ensures it sinks in.

I powerlift and weightlift so callouses and rough and dry af skin are inevitable. Other hand creams don't have the same hydrating effect that LUSH Helping Hands has. My skin is so much smoother. It really moisturizes and nourishes my hands and gives me relief from the dryness. Helping Hands really sinks in and conditions my skin.

My Dad and I work in pubs. This means our hands are consistently working and being doused in cleaning agents, alcohol, water, bleach, soaps and more every single day. We both suffered to the point that we couldn't close our hands without pain and blood. We used to go through a box of bandaids every few days to contain the bleeding.Read More

This cream is amazing! I work in hospitality and my hands are constantly exposed to chemicals/cleaning agents/water etc and as a result my hands were so cracked and dry, I had tried so many creams/ointments etc before this and nothing managed to moisturise my hands enough to get rid of the cracked dry skin. I've had this cream for little over 24 hours and it has already managed to reduce the dryness and cracked skin majorly, I am amazed how well this works and how much it has improved my skin in such a small amount of time! Will definitely be repurchasing over and over!!

Wow! This hand cream is awesome. My bf has really dry cracked hands and ever since he used this cream his hands have healed overnight. The texture of the cream is really nice, not too thin or thick. And honestly the smell isn’t that bad... I sorta like it.
