Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we are taking extra steps and precautions to ensure the safety of our Fulfilment Team and our customers. However, your orders are still being sent out to you promptly, with most orders being dispatched 1-2 business days after they are placed.
Due to COVID-19, there are also significant delays across the Australia Post network, and your parcel will take longer than regular delivery estimates to reach you. As a result of these delays, your order may take 5-10 business days if you live in a metro area, and up to 15 business days if you live in a regional area to reach you.

Placing an order? We can’t wait to unite you with your items! Please bear in mind, however, that delivery estimates are calculated from the time of dispatch, rather than from the moment you place your order. As each product is carefully picked and packed by hand, these estimates can vary, particularly during busy times of the year. So if your order isn’t dispatched straight away, don’t panic! We’re on it.
The majority of orders placed in off-peak times are processed and dispatched the next working day. Please note that credit card payments made after 6pm can take up to 48 hours to process.
