As we approach a new stage of the COVID-19 era, we’re so pleased to be able to allow our shops to once again serve their communities while keeping our staff and our customers safe. As of Tuesday 12th May, our stores across WA, SA, QLD, ACT and are open. As of Monday 18th May our remaining stores in NSW, VIC and TAS are open.
As the safety of our staff and customers is our top priority, shopping with us in-store will be a little different than it used to be. Here’s what’s changing:
There’s a limit to how many people we can have in the store at one time, so we may take a little longer to serve you.
You’ll find most staff are behind the counter - other than those on cleaning duties.
All testers have been removed.
Despite being really excited to see you, we promise not to hug and squeeze (also none of the usual free hand and arm massages!).
There’s plenty of free warm water and soap for you to wash your hands when you arrive, and before leaving if you wish.

Due to delays in our delivery network we are currently unable to stock our Fresh Face Masks, however we hope for these to be back in June. As a result, our black pot redemption scheme is currently suspended.
Some of our stores will be offering a door-front service, where you can contact them in advance to make an order, and visit them in person to collect it. These stores include: Penrith, Highpoint and Werribee.

WILL YOU STAY OPEN PERMANENTLY?
We will continue to be led by health experts, officials and relevant Government authorities in all of our planning. For now, we are looking forward to welcoming customers back into our stores and bringing fresh, handmade cosmetics to communities around the country.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS?
Yes you can. Any items purchased in-store or online, can be returned to any of our shops. Although, please don’t be offended if the team ask for the returned item to be placed in a receptacle. You can find out more about returns here.
CAN I RETURN MY EMPTY BLACK POTS?

WILL YOU BE SELLING FRESH FACE MASKS?
Currently, there are still delays in our delivery partners network, which means managing freshness is a little more challenging than usual. Until we’re confident that they can arrive in shops as fresh as they’re intended to be, you won’t find fresh Face Masks available online or in store.
DO YOU HAVE CLICK AND COLLECT?
We don’t have a dedicated click and collect service operating at the moment, however, you are welcome to call ahead and the team can gather your products for you, making your visit as seamless as possible.
