Shopping Safely With Us In-Store

With COVID-19 being such a huge concern across the globe, we are monitoring events, taking expert advice and keeping up to date with Government and Health Authorities advice. Our focus is the health and safety of our co-workers, customers and service providers.
 

Queensland
To ensure the health and safety of our staff and customers, we have temporarily closed all Lush shops in Queensland until further notice. You can read more detailed information on these closures here.

South Australia
Our Adelaide location re-opened 28 July in line with the latest lockdown ending. Please check current opening times here. While we're delighted to see you in-store, we ask that you wear a mask, check in with the QR code (even for a quick visit!), and help us maintain our capacity restrictions to ensure social distancing. At busier times you may need to wait to join us in-store, and we thank you for your patience and understanding at this time. 

Victoria

General Info

Shopping with us in-store will be a little different. Here’s what to expect when you visit:

  • In line with any government guidelines, we will be social distancing in-store and ask that you do too. This means that we will not be able to offer our usual free hand and arm massages. 
  • We have had to restrict the number of people allowed in-store at any one time, so we may take a little longer to serve you.
  • In line with any current local regulations set out by the state governments, you may be required to wear a mask in-store. Please don’t remove it to smell products (we know it’s tempting!)
  • In line with locally set regulations, we’ll ask you to sign in with an easy to use QR code as you enter.
  • We have hand sanitisation stations located at the front of each store, and we ask that you please sanitise your hands on arrival. We also have access to warm water and soap (of course!) on the shop floor if you wish to wash your hands during your shop and/or before leaving.
  • We are happy to help from a safe distance, so please ask if you need anything. 
  • For contactless demonstrations, download our App, Lush Labs. This lets you scan naked products in-store to see information and product demos.

FAQ

WILL YOU STAY OPEN PERMANENTLY?
We continue to be led by health experts, officials and relevant Government authorities in all of our planning. For now, we will continue to bring fresh, handmade cosmetics to communities around the country.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS? 
Yes, you can. Any items purchased in-store or online, can be returned to any of our shops. In line with local guidelines, there may be times that team members request that the returned item be placed in a receptacle. 

CAN I RETURN MY EMPTY BLACK POTS? 
Yes, our Bring It Back and Black Pot Redemption schemes are currently active. In line with local guidelines, there may be times that team members request that the returned item be placed in a receptacle. 

ARE YOU STILL MAKING SAMPLES? 
Yes. Whilst during stricter COVID19 restrictions a store won’t have testers readily available on the shop floor, if there is a product you would like to try for yourself, let a member of the team know and they’ll be happy to make up a small sample for you. 

DO YOU HAVE CLICK AND COLLECT?
We don’t have a dedicated click and collect service operating at the moment.

I for one still find buying from Lush online a little disappointing due to such a high amount needing to be spent before any delivery deal. Free delivery after a $95 spend if great, but without the option to shop in-store right now i think it would be great to offer a slightly lower amount of online spend for free shiping or at least a shipping discount for lower amounts.

I agree with all, your deliver is super express. I would really appreciate if I could choose my own sample when I order online, because sometimes I get same sample which I don't use. I would love to try something new every time I order. Thank you and Stay Safe x
