Due to COVID-19, there are significant delays across the Australia Post network, and your parcel will take longer than regular delivery estimates to reach you. As a result of these delays, your order may take 5-10 business days if you live in a metro area, and up to 15 business days if you live in a regional area to reach you.

Hi my items were purchased in 15/4, dispatched 18/4, sat in NSW processing since 22/4. It was then absent until it made its way to Adelaide on 1/5, promised delivery in 4/5, now delayed. This is ridiculous. I ordered clothing from a Sports retailer eastern states last Thursday and received the items today. You really need to sort out your delivery methods.
